A gentle, mindful hour in the studio by candlelight. You will be guided through the most relaxing and ancient art of pinching clay and create a set of up to two delicate pieces.

11AM–12Pm AdultsOnce a month, on the second weekend, we run Open Clay — an all-ages pottery workshops for local families and our community.

7–8.15PM
Kurinuki — a meditative, sculptural, slow and responsive form of creating functional ceramics — means “to hollow”. Unwind into the evening with this slow hour and a quarter workshop by candlelight. You will be guided through how to create a single, beautiful Japanese Yunomi – informal tea cup – which will be glazed and fired for you after the class.
