Booking Policy

Please find our booking policy terms and conditions below. Before booking a class with us, it’s important to have read these terms and conditions. These terms have been linked for you at the point of purchase (checkout) and before purchasing, you are asked to confirm you have read them. By purchasing a workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for public workshops, private workshops, one to one sessions, and pottery hire bookings. By purchasing a workshop through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation/Amendment Policy

2.1 A workshop booking is non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend for any reason at all (including illness, injury, travel, or something comes up that is outside of your control) please reach out with at least 48 hours notice to exchange your workshop, where we have availability.

2.2 If you are exchanging your workshop with 48 hours notice, please note:

  • We do not hold exchanges as credit –– you will be offered all available places within the next three months and you will be asked to confirm your new date

  • We ask that all exchanges be redeemed within three months of your original workshop

  • Exchanged workshops are final

2.3 If you reach out with less than 48 hours notice for any reason (including illness), please note:

  • Last minute cancellations very much affect us and we are grateful for your understanding and not pressuring us to make exceptions

  • If possible, we ask you to send a friend in your place who would love the experience, much like if you couldn’t use a cinema or theatre booking

  • Otherwise, as a goodwill gesture, we are happy to offer you place/s on one of our next two Open Clay workshops, which take place once a month on the second Saturday

3. Payment

3.1 Payment through our website is made via our secure check out pages using secure payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd is PCI compliant. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

While we know lives are busy and complicated, and sometimes things beyond your control happen, we gently remind you that, as a small studio, workshop bookings are non-refundable. Much care goes into both planning and preparing for your your class, as well as creating small and intimate classe spaces that offer you as much 1:1 attention as possible.

Last minute cancellations or requests to swap sessions very much affect us.

As much as we would love to, we unfortunately cannot offer exceptions to our booking policy and are so grateful for your understanding and your not pressuring us to do so.
