Kurinuki is a meditative, sculptural, slow and responsive form of creating functional ceramics — meaning “to hollow”. In this 90 minute workshop, you will be guided as you create a single, beautiful Japanese Yunomi – informal tea cup – which will be glazed and fired for you after the class.
All your materials and firings are included and we dip-glaze all work from Kurinuki sessions in a pretty, chalky white glaze. Your pieces will be ready to collect around one month later.
