ANIMAL SCULPTURES — Children’s Party

£250.00

Animal Sculpture workshop

£250 per session

Length: 1 hour slot at the studio, so please arrive at your start time

Capacity: Up to 16 children
Minimum required: None
Age range: Best for 4+

Includes one big piece fired per child: if they experiment and make more than one piece, each child will choose their favourite sculpture at the end of the workshop, to be put forward for firing.

Workshop Notes

All your materials and firings are included. Please note, creations from any Animal Sculptures workshops are left natural and unglazed but fully fired, which makes them waterproof, finished pieces.

A wonderful add-on home activity for a future rainy day with your little ones, is to paint these sculptures at home with acrylics or any paints you have on hand and bring them to life!

Your pieces will be ready to collect around two weeks later.

Due to the beautiful, experimental nature of children’s play with clay, we cannot guarantee every piece will survive the firing process — we encourage children to be mindful of incorporating air bubbles into their clay whilst building (these lead to explosions and breakages during firing) but as we can’t supervise every project on a 1:1 basis, occasionally, there are pieces that do not survive firings. It is a normal part of the ceramics process.

Our booking terms apply, you can familiarise yourself with them here.
